ML Engineer
We are looking for an Agentic Solutions Lead to lead the design, deployment, and management of internal AI agents that automate and optimize business operations across every department, including Engineering, Product, Sales, HR, and Field Operations.
This role is responsible for identifying high-leverage use cases, building tailored LLM-based solutions, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of these agents. From project scoping to delivery, and from day-to-day tuning to long-term scaling, this role is equal parts system designer, solution architect, and cross-
functional operator.
In addition to building the systems themselves, this role also requires the ability to drive change, working hand-in-hand with department leaders to promote adoption, evolve workflows, and ensure that agentic tools become a lasting part of how teams work. Take full ownership of our agentic workforce, a suite of AI-powered automations that interact with tools, data, and humans to drive measurable efficiency. Collaborate closely with
product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to ensure that each solution is embedded seamlessly into real-world workflows and maintained for performance over time.
Core Responsibilities:
- Agentic System Design and Implementation
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents that interact with internal systems, tools, and teams.
Use agentic frameworks (e.g., Crew AI, Agentuity) to structure complex multi-step workflows
Leverage automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com) to integrate APIs and operational systems
Implement tool-calling, prompt chaining, memory strategies, and RAG to maximize performance and reliability
Cross-Functional Discovery, Adoption, and Impact
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, HR, and Operations to identify automation opportunities
Translate business needs into scoped agentic projects with measurable outcomes
Drive behavior change and adoption by working with department leads to redesign workflows and support implementation
Provide training, documentation, and change management support to ensure solutions are used effectively - Agentic Workforce Ownership
Maintain and monitor all deployed agents for uptime, stability, and business value
Continuously optimize prompts, configurations, and integration points to improve outcomes
Establish systems for issue resolution, testing, and governance of AI agents in production - Project and Delivery Leadership
Own project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones across agentic workstreams
Act as team lead for automation and AI projects, coordinating technical and operational inputs
Document system logic, agent behavior, testing scenarios, and handoff/maintenance procedures
Collaboration and Communication
Partner with product managers to scope opportunities and define impact metrics
Collaborate with engineers and platform owners to integrate agents into core systems
Report progress, insights, and ROI to leadership, and help shape the company’s automation strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or automation engineering
Experience designing and deploying agents using tools like Crew AI, Agentuity, and n8n
Proficient in Python and familiar with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Llama Index, AutoGen)
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, memory management, and tool/function calling
Experience working cross-functionally to implement AI systems and drive adoption
Strong communication skills and ability to help business stakeholders adapt to new workflows
Proven track record managing delivery timelines and project success criteria
What You’ll Get:
Remote-first, flexible work environment
Ownership over the internal automation and agent strategy
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge agentic systems in production
Direct access to company leadership and visibility across departments
Competitive compensation, performance bonus, and room for growth
